At first glance, the product seemed solid and functioned well for the first day. Unfortunately, it stopped working due to some loose wires. We reached out to Storm Buggies, but they instructed my wife to troubleshoot through an email guide. She's not really handy, so she struggled with the steps provided. I proposed a video call to assist her, but they said that option wasn't available. I ended up hiring an electrician to check it out, which I had to pay for myself. He discovered that there were exposed wires beneath the steering column. The buggy worked for a few days after that, but the same issue popped up again. I've tried contacting Storm Buggies once more, but they want my wife to troubleshoot again before they’ll consider a return.

Great company! I totally agree with what others have said. Storm Buggies is top-notch, no doubt about it. A while back, we got our daughter a Hammerhead Mudshark buggy. It showed up quickly and everything was just right. She had a blast with it in our yard, but she's grown out of it now. I reached out to them for some advice on getting it checked out before passing it on to another family... and they even offered to buy it back at a really reasonable price. You can't beat that!
